Erode may be compiled on either a DOS system running DJGPP, or a Unix
system with a C compiler such as gcc. Choose the correct *.mak file,
rename it to "makefile", and type make.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're running Unix, check the inout.h file and
make sure that NUM_FMT is defined correctly. If you're using
Ultrix or Linux on an Intel box, it should be 0; otherwise, it should be 1.

Now, read the "readme". Have fun.
